Who am I?

I’m Joy and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor.  I work with individuals, couples and families of all ages, who feel they need that extra bit of support whilst dealing with issues such as depression, anxiety, loneliness, stress, relationship problems, bereavement and anger management.

I also work with students in schools offering support with exam stress, home life issues, anger management, depression and anxiety.  I advertise in the EdFirst School Supplies Services Procurement Handbook.

I work with clients who have been victims of sexual or domestic abuse, whether that’s historic abuse or current.

I have Diplomas in Therapeutic Counselling (CPCAB) and Counselling Skills (Cambridge Open College).

I am a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy), Psychology Today and the Counselling Directory.  I have a current DBS clearance.

I provide a safe, relaxing, non-judgemental and confidential environment for you to talk about whatever you want to talk about, no matter how big or small it may feel to you.

You are what matters!
